Data center services provider, SoftLayer Technologies, has enhanced its line of CloudLayer services, with the addition of Bare Metal Cloud computing instances which do not require a hypervisor.
The new solution , providing a cloud computing option that’s more viable for workloads that demand direct access to physical hardware, such as databases and calculation-intensive applications.

8 Core – 8GB RAM – 250GB HDD – $299.00 Monthly + 2000GB or $1.00 Hourly + $0.10/GB Bandwidth
16 Core – 16GB RAM – 250GB HDD – $399.00 Monthly + 2000GB or $1.25 Hourly + $0.10/GB Bandwidth
